About the Event

Business leaders agree that talent is the number one priority in their organization. When you don’t have the right people with the right skills at the right time, the organization will suffer. We’re now in the middle of the perfect talent storm. The current talent landscape includes a lower unemployment rate and an increase in retirement, causing talent and skill gaps within the organization. Suddenly it’s now more important than ever for talent acquisition to be able to attract and hire specific talent who possess specific and special skills to mind the gap. With less talent readily available companies need to lean into their passive candidate and sourcing strategies, and at the same time becoming extremely competitive in order to attract, hire, onboard, and retain talent.

From sourcing to onboarding, this year’s Talent Acquisition Summit’s presenters will share proven strategies that attendees can add to their recruiting arsenal and implement immediately.

Top Reasons To Attend:

1. A program and event built to be extremely interactive (including a half-day workshop!) and to foster relationships that will last long after the event is over.

2. Conveniently located in Atlanta, a cultural and economic center that is also home to the busiest airport in the US. Fly direct to our event from any city!

3. Direct access to speakers, and a case study based program where speakers share real-world experiences and practical advice that can be implemented immediately.
